Our employee enegement exercises will take your team apart, allow you a glimpse of its inner workings, before building it into back up into a more cohesive, dynamic and effective unit. Central to all our events, whether it's corporate team building, workforce engagement, workforce skills, corporate leadership training or corporate management training, is 'the brief'. This crucial document is created by yourself and the Go Commando team to identify the business issues you wish to address and the behaviours you're hoping to encourage. By working with you to construct the brief, we are able to formulate activities which are relevant to and reflective of real workplace challenges and scenarios, producing real business results.
The brief also captures any potential health concerns you may have pertaining to individual participants, ensuring a strenuous yet safe experience for everybody involved.
At your request, we can even film your event, so you can assess your team's performance and, should they begin to drift back into old habitual thinking, help you remind them of just how much they are capable of achieving. To the same end, we also conduct 3, 6 or 12 month workplace reviews to prevent 'lost learning' and identify potential next steps.
