When you're recruiting for a pivotal role in your organisation, you don't want to leave anything to chance. Conventional interviewing techniques, competency-based questioning and psychometric testing will only reveal so much. There's no substitute for in-the-field observation.

Before we put your applicants, rigorously but safely, through their paces, we will, with your valuable input, construct 'the brief'. This vital document will outline all the skills, attitudes and characteristics you're looking for. The day's activities will be designed around this brief, with everything we do relating to actual workplace demands and challenges. If for example, you're recruiting for a position for which communication and leadership are key factors, we will create exercises which can only be successfully completed by the effective application of these qualities.
As with all our events, whether it's team building, sales training or outdoor recruitment and selection training, we will, at your request, film the entire experience, so you can review it at your leisure and make a considered judgement in full command of the facts.
