It does exactly what it says on the tin! Well almost, it actually consists of 15 peaks – all of which are over 3000ft in height.
The length of this challenge (from first peak to last) is about 26 miles (42 km), but including the walk to and from any start point, this will total some 30 miles (48 km). It starts at Pen-y-pass taking in Snowdon and then up, down and over 3 mountain ranges finishing in Abergwyngregyn.
The Peaks are: Crib goch, Garnedd ugain, Snowdon, Elidir fawr, Y garn, Glyder fawr, Glyder fach, Tryfan, Pen yr ole wen, Carnedd dafydd, Yr elen, Carnedd llewelyn, Foel grach, Garnedd uchaf, Foel Fras .
All this in 16 hours - this is the challenge for anyone who has completed the National 3 Peaks Challenge and now seeks the next big thing.
With no transport between the mountains, individuals can expect to feel the full effects of the gradients.
We include full training days, kit lists, recommended training plan, insurance and transport to the start and from the finish of the challenge. We also provide Mountain Leader guides plus high energy food and hot drinks at three locations.

"Having just completed the 14 Peaks, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for the ultimate UK daylight challenge. Covering some 32 miles, ascending 13,000 feet and using all of the daylight hours - walking from 6.00 am through to 10.00 pm. Greg, our intrepid Mountain Leader, kindly allowed two 10 minute breaks throughout! The scenery was breathtaking and the terrain constantly changes with amazing views throughout, it left me with a great sense of achievement not to mention sore legs the following day!
