Shop Direct Group engaged Go Commando to provide a team development day for their Senior Operating Board.

Here is what HR Director Jacqui Humphries had to say following their day spent in Snowdonia:

We chose Go Commando because we knew that a combination of mental & physical approaches would provide the best impact on our workforce and achieve the changes we needed. The flexibility in designing the activities meant that the programme was completely bespoke and aligned to our needs.

We learnt that we had a vast range of skills across the group that were not always evident in the workplace and barriers were broken down which facilitated greater cross functional working. The energy that was created has had a positive sustainable result on all participants and we would definitely use Go Commando again in the future .
